Do not attempt to pole dance while buzzed, drunk, wasted, high, stoned, blazed or impaired in anyway! The dance pole or stage shall never be used with loads greater than their rating or on unlevel surfaces. All persons utilizing or surrounding the dancing pole and stage shall use at caution at all times. By purchasing, buyer agrees to absolve Majestic Stages and accept any and all responsibility for any injury or property damage which may, or may not arise from the use of any items sold by Majestic Stages.

For your dance pole & stage against manufacturer defects. Items may be returned for repair/replacement of same part only. Normal wear and tear excluded. Damage resulting from misuse/abuse is also excluded. Purchaser is responsible for any/all shipping cost. Genuinely defective items will be returned at our cost. Our dance poles and stages are intended for personal recreational use only. No warranty whatsoever for commercial use.

Standard 30 day warranty on all Lighting products. Bulbs not included.


Upon receipt of your payment, we promptly begin preparing your order. Our products are made to order, therefore any order canceled will be charged a 10% cancellation fee.

We prepare orders Monday - Friday.

Preparation time usually takes 1-5 business days. Acrylic and custom stages will take up to 5-7 business days.

Preparation & shipping times does not include weekends or holidays.


We only ship orders on Wednesdays.

Shipping usually takes 1-6 business days. The closer you are to Houston, Texas the faster you will receive your order.

Tracking numbers will be provided when item(s) ship out. (Allow minimum 24 hours for tracking to update.)

An adult signature is required for all deliveries.

We ship our products via freight with Old Dominion Freight Line (ODFL). This delivery method is very different than UPS or Fedex.

ODFL will contact you to schedule an appointment delivery time frame. It is crucial that you be available during the scheduled time. If you are not available for your delivery appointment, you may be subject to additional fees such as re-delivery and/or storage fees. Re-delivery fees usually range from $25 - $100.

Also, keep in mind that if ODFL is not able to contact you for delivery, they will return your item to us, and you will be responsible for all shipping charges we incur.

If you need to reschedule your delivery appointment, please contact ODFL at least 24 hours in advance.

We ship our products in brand new undamaged condition in heavy packaging. By purchasing you agree that we are not responsible or liable for any shipping damage.

At the time of delivery please inspect your shipment before you sign the delivery receipt.

Shipping damage is rare, however in the event that damage does occur, all damage and defects MUST to be noted on all copies of the delivery receipt in order for us to assist you.

We must also be notified within 24 hours from delivery of all damage, defects or missing parts.

If you “refuse” your delivery for any reason other than it being severely damaged, you will be responsible for any/all charges that we incurred for shipping.

If you would like to have your order reshipped, you must pay the shipping charge again.

If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable, or an incomplete address, you are responsible for any/all charges that we incurred for shipping.

All items are delivered to the curb or end of driveway outside the requested delivery address. You will be responsible for further transport beyond that point.

The ODFL delivery driver can deliver the items to the inside of your home/business, however ODFL charges a "inside delivery fee of approximately $70. If you request this or any other value added delivery services at delivery we will bill your payment method for the additional fees incurred for delivery.

All shipments to California will be charged an additional $8.00 California compliance surcharge.



We will accept returns for all items purchased on MajesticStages.com for up to 14 days after delivery.

Shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Items returned COD (Collect on Delivery) or without a valid order number will not be accepted. Your order number when you initially purchased will also be your return order number.

Item(s) must be in original condition with no signs of use, and must include all original packaging, and documents.

Please check and recheck that your order is correct prior to checkout. Each stage is custom built. We cannot be held liable for any mistakes in ordering. Please contact us if you are not 100% sure about an item. Finally, Majestic Stages reserves the right to refuse, cancel or correct any order. Items are NOT considered sold until shipped. Due to the limitations of our shipping calculator all shipping charges are estimates only and are subject to correction at your approval, or order cancellation.
